Bitter Sweet Justice

There are too many nuisance cases like this one, machinated and disguised as actionable, but are classic extortion of all sorts. "He who comes into court must come with clean hands."

Recalling on the wisdom behind reversing damage caused, I am reminded on the analogy of the nails and the wood. For every nail hammered on the wood, it leaves a gaping hole once a  nail is dodged out. In the same way, damage maliciously inflicted leaves lasting and irreversible scar to a person.

When someone commits a crime, one cannot just get off the hook in court by a declaration of, "I'm sorry, I'll not to do it again." The Bible explicitly speaks that justice is required for one's transgressions. Leviticus 6:1-7 warns the faithful on the poisoning effects of sin, in this case: the liars and the hypocrites. From among the many books in the Bible, Leviticus is difficult to dig. It is a Law Book; a procedural manual on how to be in the state of grace with a powerful God. 

Thank God for lawmakers and law enforcers who govern two-legged humans behaving like animals. This case sample must have been a grueling battle, on-and-off the court. Thankfully for the respondent, justice has been served.
